Internal Organizational Level 1- Develop a manual for policy and procedures for the organization. 2- Upgrade technological resources at the centre - equipment, website, and means for facilitating internal communications, including the computerization of the system. 3- Update the organization’s profile, and develop support productions. 4- Implement professional career development programs for staff and lawyers. 5- Undertake a capacity building program for staff and board, aiming to develop and mainstream PME systems. Positioning and Networking Level - Institutionalise a public relations department.
- Produce support productions such as brochure, pamphlets, introduction of services to the community, newsletter, and others.
- Develop a database of organizations working in similar fields, in Israel and the Middle East, for potential cooperation and exchange of experiences.
- Identify potential partners, alliances and support organizations in the field of human rights globally, and develop tools for networking.
Programmatic and Service Level - Institutionalise a research department through which the centre will observe, analyse and monitor socio-political trends, and to use the research as a tool for the development and sustainability of the centre’s services. - Identify the role of the centre in law enforcement in Palestine and develop appropriate intervention strategy. - Expand the international network of the centre, and join international advocacy groups such as the International commission of Jurists. - Develop a volunteer program for paralegal community activists that will provide assistance to their communities in formulating and preparing for the submission.
